- Ceremony & Guest Coordination: Ensure ceremony runs smoothly with guests and wedding party directed to the right place at the right time.

- Detailed Timeline & Regular Check-ins: Create a detailed planning and wedding day timeline, with monthly check-ins and finalization of crucial details 6-5 weeks prior to the wedding.

- Consultation & Meetings: Initial consultation, 2 Zoom calls prior to the wedding, and a meeting to discuss wedding vision and current planning progress.

- Timeline & Guidance: Customized planning timeline creation, including tasks and deadlines; guidance on remaining tasks.

- Vendor Coordination: Provide vendor recommendations, schedule and attend up to 3 vendor meetings, review contracts, and take over booked vendor communication 6 months prior.

- Design & Styling: Support with wedding theme, color palette, aesthetic, mood board creation, and décor suggestions.

- Budget & Check-ins: Cost-saving tips, monthly check-ins via phone, email, or meetings to address planning issues or questions.

- Wedding Day Management: Full day-of coordination, overseeing vendor setup and timeline execution, serving as the main contact for vendors and guests.

- Final Details: Meeting 6-5 weeks prior to finalize wedding day schedule, floor plan, timeline, key details, and send out the final production schedule to vendors a month before the wedding.
