My name is Adeline and I am one of the Lead Coordinators at Blushed Beginnings. Before joining the Blushed team I spent 3 years working in the wedding industry in different capacities. I have worked in venues serving and doing setup and teardown and I have also worked in a bridal boutique helping brides find their dream gown. I love meeting with couples, getting to know their personal style and working together to create their perfect day!

With a background in executive assisting and event coordination, I thrive on the details that make a wedding day run seamlessly while ensuring it still feels heartfelt, intentional, and uniquely you. I’m passionate about creating experiences that reflect each couple’s story, from the small, thoughtful touches to the big, joy-filled moments. Seeing everything come together and watching my couples fully present on their day is what I love most about what I do. When I’m not planning weddings, you’ll find me chasing after my two boys, crafting something creative, or writing a book with a coffee in hand before the chaos begins.

My name is Kyla, and I’m thrilled to be bringing my experience as a Lead Coordinator to the Blushed Beginnings team! I first fell in love with event planning while creating celebrations for my loved ones - and especially while planning my own wedding. I’m passionate about transforming meaningful moments into unforgettable experiences, and I bring a heartfelt, detail-oriented approach to every couple I work with. I love getting to know each client, understanding their style, and guiding them through the process of creating a day that feels intentional and true to who they are. Whether I’m perfecting timelines, managing behind-the-scenes details, or cheering couples on during their big moment, I’m dedicated to making their experience relaxed, fun, and memorable. Originally from rural Saskatchewan, I now call Calgary home with my husband and our dog. When I’m not coordinating events, you can find me wandering in nature, obsessing over music, or unable to put my book down.

As someone who has always been captivated by the magic of weddings and the notion of true love, I'm thrilled to be part of making "happily ever after" a reality for others. My experience in wedding coordinating might be budding, but my role with Blushed Beginnings has offered invaluable hands-on learning. In just a year, I've gained so much wisdom and joy from helping couples create unforgettable moments.

One of my most treasured wedding experiences was from last summer. Our original plan for the couple's photo car hit a snag. At the last minute, we managed to find a replacement, and seeing the gratitude on the client's face made all the effort worthwhile. It was so fulfilling to keep the atmosphere stress-free and ensure her dream photos came to life, even when she had many other things to worry about. When I’m not crafting dreams for weddings, you'll find me soaking up the great outdoors—whether hiking, walking, or simply relaxing on my deck. I’m an enthusiast of rock climbing, working out, and long-distance running. And when I do retreat indoors, it’s usually with a captivating book in hand, offering a cozy escape until the next adventure.

Hello! I’m Kaylee, one of the friendly assistants here at Blushed Beginnings. I have a deep passion for hiking and being outdoors, where I can truly appreciate the breathtaking beauty that nature has to offer. Exploring new trails and soaking in the scenery is one of my greatest joys. The ocean holds a special place in my heart as well; there's nothing quite like swimming in the refreshing waves and feeling the gentle sea breeze.

Life keeps me on my toes, as I balance two other jobs alongside my role here. When I’m not working, you can often find me at the gym, weightlifting and staying active. I believe in the importance of fitness and making time for self-care. I also cherish my time with friends, whether we’re having fun at local events or simply hanging out to relax and catch up.

I’m Taylor. I’ve always thought that there’s something truly magical about a wedding, the way each moment sparkles with love, intention, and a bit of wonder. Growing up, I was enchanted by Disney love stories and now, I get to help create real-life fairytales for people who believe in that same kind of magic. Whether it’s a grand celebration or a quiet, romantic ceremony tucked away in nature, I love being part of the energy that makes it all come together.

As an assistant behind the scenes at Blushed Beginnings, I’m here to help bring those storybook moments to life, making the moments of your special day effortlessly unfold just as you imagined. When I’m not juggling my three other jobs alongside Blushed Beginnings, you’ll find me out on the golf course, grounded by the lake, lost in the aisles of a Winners or absolutely losing my mind over any dog within a 50-foot radius. If there’s a furry friend at the wedding, don’t be surprised by me making a new best friend.
